Dick prevented the deaths of Starstruck's parents. Godfall never happened, as I'm sure you know. Fantastic's parents before they were his parents seemed to have a grudge against Starstruck — they sought out someone regarding altering ones DNA. The technology for that wasn't a thing back then. The other suggestion was to take out Starstruck which is what I'm assuming is what happened with the deaths of his parents the first time around.
